The Farmers quoting system was cumbersome, slow, and drop-off rate was high. As we moved from our old tech platform to Heroku, we had the opportunity to redesign the entire quoting experience, from user flows to a new UI, based in Material Design.

Methods and Approach
Conducted heuristic review, competitor capability assessment, user interviews, stakeholder interviews, user flows, prototyping, usability testing, and visual design based upon a new design system.
My Role
Overall UX Direction, including strategy, userflows, quantitative and qualitative research, prototyping, and UI design system.
Result
Increased quote completion rate by 21%.
