Overview
The Farmers life insurance offerings have been mainly sold through agents. A new generation of customers expects to purchase everything online, including life insurance. While life insurance is a complicated product that typically requires lots of explanation, Farmers goal is to give users a quick quote, as well as a quick decision.
Problem Statement
How might we create an online experience to enable customers to get a quick quote and approval for life insurance?
Methods and Approach
Conducted design thinking worshops, qualitative research, created customer journey, task and user flows, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and visual design.

Product launches late 2021.
